AEGIS Engineering has provided fire protection and smoke control systems design and review services for residential buildings including apartments, condominiums, mixed-use facilities, community planned unit developments and hotel/hospitality uses for both new and renovation projects. We have assisted with phased occupancy planning for high-rise residential apartment complexes to support Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) and served as the smoke control special inspector for projects throughout Washington.
